What you own
Your assets are yours from day one, not from the day you leave.
- Your domain, content, leads, and email account: all in your name or exportable at any time. Your email account (Resend) is yours from day one and usually sits in its free tier at your volume, so you likely pay nothing. Outgrow it (say, past 100 automated emails a day) and you upgrade your own plan, never a surprise bill from me. Hosting runs on my own account so I can operate it day to day. See the exit package below for what that does and doesn't mean for you.
- A free exit package on every cancellation: your leads, content, and analytics data are free and yours regardless of account status. A static export of your live site (it never goes dark) is included on a clean exit; if there's an unsettled dispute or chargeback, that export is held, not forfeited, until it settles. Either way, my operator access to your email-sending account gets revoked. It's your account either way, so there's no key to hand back.
- A source-eject option: if you want the code itself for another developer, a standalone, buildable copy licensed for your site is $3,000 (₹1,50,000), dropping to $500 (₹25,000) once 6 months of Care Plan have actually passed while paid (the first 3 free months don't count). Paying ahead doesn't speed this up.
- The Care Plan is included for your first 3 months as part of the Business Launch System, then renews at $49/month (₹2,500/month, billed annually in India): hosting, your lead pipeline, transactional email, analytics, and a monthly health check, all operated for you.
